TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED We offer photography/videography & design services tailored to your needs. All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by us in writing.

3. PAYMENT TERMS A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the services. All payments are non-refundable.

4. COPYRIGHT AND USAGE All images produced by Jillian Tranquilla Productions are protected by copyright. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited without prior written consent.

5. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may result in a forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

6. LIABILITY We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services.

7. PRIVACY We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with Canadian privacy laws. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

8. GOVERNING LAWThese Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
